Service content

The price includes studio rental and props on site.

Photographer’s services are not included in the price.

Rental period

In honor of the opening of the Photo Studio, there is a special offer of 50 euros until the end of 2025.

The photo studio rental period begins and ends according to the reservation. The minimum studio rental time is 1 hour 50 EUR

Please stick to the booked time, because being late will not allow you to stay in the studio longer. If the studio is available after your reservation time, it is possible to rent the studio for a minimum of 30 minutes (25 EUR).

Unused time will not be reimbursed.

Please arrive on time and plan your time so that the studio is in the same condition at the end of the booked time as when you arrived.

Release the studio on time so that the next client can use the studio at the time booked for them.

Number of people

The photo studio rental price is valid if up to 8 people are coming to the studio at the same time, including the photographer.

To come to the studio with a larger group, please coordinate in advance with the studio administrator.

The photo studio has the right to change the studio rental price according to the number of people, the event being organized and the type of photoshoot/filming.

Pets

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed in the photo studio: cats, rabbits and dogs, etc.

Please coordinate before making a reservation.

The owner undertakes to monitor the pet brought with him and is responsible for any damage.

Pet surcharge: 10 EUR

Alcohol / tobacco

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the photo studio.

The consumption and use of alcoholic beverages, smoking and prohibited substances are strictly prohibited in the photo studio.

In case of violation of the rule, photoshoot/filming in the studio will be immediately interrupted.

Indoor shoes

• The ColorLife studio rules stipulate that visitors are not allowed to visit us in outdoor shoes. In the studio’s foyer, visitors will find clean slippers of a suitable size, and it is also allowed to bring their own change of shoes.

• In case of violation of the rule, the studio reserves the right to send the client an additional invoice for wet cleaning of the rooms.

Furniture movement

Furniture movement is only allowed under the supervision (or with the help) of the studio administrator.

Please pay attention not to drag objects across the floor in the studio, as this will damage the floor.

In the event of damage to the floor, the studio is allowed to issue an additional invoice for the necessary repairs. Be careful with furniture and the floor.

Oil / paints

The use of oils and paints is only permitted in exceptional cases with the prior consent of the photo studio administrator. An additional fee and a deposit amount will be agreed.

If oil or paints have been applied to the body, contact with walls and furniture is not allowed.

The client may be charged an additional invoice for damage caused by removing oil or paint stains or using used paints.

Fluff / confetti / sneaker effect

The use of confetti is only permitted with the prior consent of the photo studio administrator and only on the floor.

Throwing feathers, powders, etc. into the air is strictly prohibited, as small particles can get into the ventilation openings of lighting equipment and can cause serious damage.

The use of sneaker effect is strictly prohibited, as the premises are equipped with an automatic fire alarm system.

Booking cancellation

If you cancel the scheduled time at least 7 days before the booking, we will refund 100% of the amount.

You can change the booking time up to 48 hours in advance. The time can be changed once.

If the booking is canceled after the changed time, the money will not be refunded.

Booker’s responsibility

When booking a studio, the booker is responsible for all persons staying in the studio and monitors compliance with the studio rules. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. The studio is not responsible for any trauma or health problems incurred during the session.

Food and soft drinks should only be kept in the kitchen. Only water is allowed when moving around the rooms.

Any activities that damage the studio’s property and are not in accordance with the law are not allowed in the studio.

Use all props and equipment in the studio responsibly. In the event of loss, damage to the studio’s inventory, or damage to the studio’s condition, the person making the reservation is financially responsible for this. All props must be placed in their original place after use.

In all cases where materials are used that may damage the studio’s condition or that are difficult to clean later, prior agreement must be reached before using the studio. In the event of damage, the client will be presented with an invoice for repairs and other material damage.

Bookers are required to take with them any garbage they have caused and all other items they have brought into the studio.

If the studio is not vacated on time, the Studio may impose a fine and ask for compensation for violating the rules of the house rules.

Production of materials

It is forbidden to produce material in the studio that contains violence, propaganda, pornography, discrimination against minorities and racial discrimination. Persons who violate this will not be allowed into the studio premises in the future.

General rules.

The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended and lost. Unused reservations will not be refunded if the established procedure is violated. By renting the studio, studio users agree to the studio rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt them from responsibility.
