General Terms and Conditions apply to www.colorlife.ee customers (hereinafter Customer) and www.colorlife.ee owners.<\/p>\n

Price List:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The prices of products sold on www.colorlife.ee are quoted in euros, excluding shipping.<\/p>\n

Togetherdone O\u00dc reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and the prices of products if the Customer has placed his order before the amendment of the Terms comes into force, then the terms and conditions in force at the time of order transfer apply to the Customer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cancellation and Return of Order:<\/strong> Pursuant to \u00a7 56 (1) of the LPA, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the goods. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer (max. 10 \u20ac, \u00a7 194 (4) of the LPA), unless the reason for the return is the non-compliance with the order or delivery. Returning the product must be notified before posting by sending information about your data, tax number and the reason for returning the product to disainitool@gmail.com<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Right to file a claim:<\/strong> Pursuant to \u00a7 218 (2) of the LPA, the Client has the right to file a complaint within two years of receipt of the goods. In case of non-compliance of the product, the Client must send an e-mail to disainitool@gmail.com within two months with the following information: Customer’s name and contact details, date of filing of the complaint, defect found on the product, if possible, including photographs, invoice number.<\/p>\n

www.colorlife.ee is not responsible for:<\/strong> Damage to the product caused by the Customer’s fault or neglect. For defects caused by improper use of the product. Natural wear and tear of the product in normal use.<\/p>\n

Deadline for placing the order:<\/strong> The delivery time of the ordered goods is up to 2 weeks. If there is an unexpected problem with the availability of the product, the seller will inform the customer.<\/p>\n

Refund of Money:<\/strong> The money returned for the returned goods will be reimbursed to the Customer for the return of the returned goods, but no later than 21 days after the receipt of the goods.<\/p>\n

Use of personal data:<\/strong> www.colorlife.ee will only use the personal data provided by the Client to fulfill the Customer’s purchase order and will not disclose it in the purchases received information from third parties.<\/p>\n

Final Provisions:<\/strong> In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the Customer and www.colorlife.ee shall be governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia and other legal acts regulating relations between the Parties. Disagreements and disputes arising from the fulfillment of these conditions shall be resolved by the parties in particular through negotiations. If the disputes arising from the Contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, both the Customer and www.colorlife.ee have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or the court for the protection of their rights.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
